Hempcrete workshop: Learn to build with Hempcrete.
Have you been dreaming of learning to build your own house with a natural, sustainable material such as hemp and lime?
If so, you are welcome to join GrindHeim’s Hempcrete building team for a weekend workshop in Årdal, 31.10 - 02.11. 2025.
Why Hempcrete
Hempcrete is a natural building material made from hemp, lime, and water. It stores CO₂, creates a healthy indoor climate, and is fire-, mold-, and pest-resistant.
By combining Europe’s centuries-old traditions with modern prefabrication, GrindHeim makes hempcrete scalable: panels and modules are produced off-site, then quickly assembled on-site, reducing waste, costs, and building time. Sustainable, healthy, and future-proof.
Basic Description:
Stores CO₂ instead of emitting it
Regulates indoor climate naturally
Fire- and pest-resistant
Renewable, biodegradable, circular, and versatile.
